Not sure I’m posting this in the right place, but how do I throw a wide net and message everyone when I only have something to offer them in my geographical area? (Buying or selling a house) The only thing I could connect with people anywhere would be offering them a decent interest on any “private money” they would lend me to fund any of my real estate acquisitions, which I can’t advertise outright. (I’ve been told there is a “3 touch” rule before asking them for money, or offering them an interest rate).
