Hi @paula-cirulli, you did a really nice job with your infomercial!! I’d like you to make a few tweaks:
Your first question seems a bit cramped and could actually be split into 3 gripping pain point questions like so:
Do you WANT your next real estate transaction to be STRESS-FREE?
Are you WANTING _________?
Do you NEED __________?Does this sound too good to be true? It might sound like that but by using my 32 plus years of experience, I can make this happen by focusing on the details and strategies of selling your home and finding your dream home.

Thank you for your suggestions. I will make those but couldn’t help noticing you changed the ending to “message me”. Would you say this even in the infomercial video?

- I sent a message about a week ago regarding the recording of my infomercial. Do you have any suggestions or tips when I’m recording? I did a couple of tests and I saw I was not making eye contact with the camera because I was looking at my notes? What would you do to make this better? And at the beginning of the recording my lips and words are synced but toward the end of 30 seconds they were not. It looks weird, all recorded on my computer webcam. What tips and suggestions can you make around these issues?

Hi @paula-cirulli, so sorry about that – I must have missed that message!
Yes, there is a really informative video that Halle made in the Transformational Business Strategy Module called “VIDEO TIPS” and she walks you through the camera, angle, lighting, and more.
If you find that you’re relying on your notes too much, my best tip is for you to practice the script in the mirror off-camera and once you feel better with the script. Then, when you do get to a point of memorization, your video will be very personable and engaging.
OR, you could always use a teleprompter app on your phone and have the camera at eye level while the phone is showing the script in the teleprompter app.
Hm, if you’re filming on your computer, I would suppose that could be the problem. If you have an iPhone, I would recommend filming on that or your camera.
Hope these answer your questions, let me know if you have more!

I posted my video infomercial about a week or so ago and asked for your comments. I did forget to make the changes you suggested Negeen but happy to have it posted on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. The PromptSmart Pro app was very helpful. I will redo when I have the opportunity but have been pleased with the “likes” and views.
