@halle-eavelyn following up the realtor call today I spent more time thinking about LinkedIn groups. My Avatar is a dual career working mom (ideally in HR). So I searched for working moms groups and surprisingly I didn’t find much. What are your thoughts on me starting one? Working Moms – Cincinnati group? I need a meaningful charter and I’ll propose that…but would love some thoughts on the value in creating a group for my ideal client where they can ask for career advice, share jobs that are of interest for them, get advice on balancing job/family?

@jennifer-barcenas this could be a wonderful idea. I’d bring this to @kent-littlejohn on the call Thursday and see what he says – because it might ALSO be a PITA without much return. Also, the idea of a working mom may not translate into a group called “working moms” – there might, for example, be MANY women’s groups on LI that would already be up and running that you could look for an appropriate perfect client in (for example, search in a group for the word kid or child to see when people mention their offspring in their bios). Anyway, I LOVE you thinking outside the box – YAY!!!
