Hi @trevor-howat! Welcome to the program and what an AWESOME start to your profile!

There are a few tiny tweaks I’d like you to make before you move on:

First off, GREAT profile photo, banner image, and headline! Grabbed my attention immediately.

          About Section:

Your first immediate sentence is super! BUT… the next two paragraphs need work.

After you have your first paragraph, your next one is a call to action and you don’t want that in the beginning. All call to actions should remain at the very bottom as the last thing they read in your sales letter.

Your next paragraph (Hi! I’m Trevor Howat and thank you for visiting my page! I grew up here in the Twin Cities.) is okay. Please make sure you watch Halle’s video called: “BENEFITS MARKETING and BENEFITS MARKETING II videos in the Transformational Business Strategy module (bottom middle module on your MAIN DASHBOARD – turquoise with a bullseye) video index is to the right of the video window, in alphabetical order.

There’s far too much emphasis in here on YOU and not enough on THEM – these videos will help you see why it’s important to make it so much more about them.

Take a look at Kent’s profile for inspiration:  https://www.linkedin.com/in/klittlejohn/

I would take what he has and shift your paragraph – I also recommend breaking it up and not having too chunky of paragraphs.

The first paragraph of your about me was SUCH a great start, keep that momentum going with how you serve your clients.

          Next:

What sets me apart from typical agents? (this next list needs some revision so I tweaked it for you – also, the icons show up as squares):

When you decide to hire me, I want you to feel 100% confident that you hired the best. It all starts with trust and knowing that my word is reliable.

My goal is to help YOU get what YOU want! My action plan is designed to benefit YOU, and remove as much hassle and stress as possible from the home selling process.

Communication is key! My action plan includes weekly, scheduled live phone updates.

What’s better? I provide GUARANTEED RESULTS.

          Yep. You heard that right!

Is this required to be in your profile??

          *Terms and Conditions may apply.
**Statistical average throughout my career, excluding Short-Sales, Distressed or Investor Sales.

If not, maybe you can disclose that information somewhere else. If you feel more comfortable having that there, that’s fine!

Hope this helps and I look forward to seeing the revisions you make 🙂

Hi @trevor-howat, I love that you too direction because it looks and flows a lot better!!!

There are 2 changes I’d like you to make:

Adding this bit about you in the middle really broke up the sales letter and the flow, unfortunately.

“Hi! I’m Trevor Howat and thank you for visiting my page! I grew up here in the Twin Cities. I love it here and I love the outdoors. When not with clients, you might find me fishing on one of the metro lakes, or biking around town.”

I would consider removing it completely or having it after your call to action!

There’s also a lot of “my my my” such as:

My career numbers speak for themselves:
My career Average Days on Market for my listings is 18
My listings sell on average for 99.7% of original List Price

Just something to be aware of – you can keep it but wanted to bring it to your attention 😉

              AWESOME work, Trevor!!
