Hi @vince-szabo, nice start on your 4 questions! I do want to help you restructure some of these.
Let’s begin with Q1. You want to greet them and based on the 4 questions lesson you read through, you want to build rapport. No one is going to give you too personal of information right off the bat.
So instead:
Q1: Great to connect, [NAME]! What’s your core business?
I see that you’re asking about real estate investing in one of your questions – if that’s mainly what you’re interested in, I can actually provide you with 4 questions you can use to target individuals wanting to invest:
—
Q1: Great to connect, [NAME]! What’s your core business?
Q2: Fantastic! Do you currently invest in real estate? (Change real estate, of course, to something super simple or broad)
Q3: If I were able to show you some high return opportunities that make good sense, would you have any interest?
The contact replies back with a YES:
Q4: What are a few time windows that you have to connect tomorrow?
Q5: What’s your mobile number?
Fantastic… I will reach out to you [at the time booked here].
Talk soon,
[YOUR NAME]
—
Hope this helps 🙂 Good work!
