              Hi @gae-callaway !

              Do you mean put the webinar slides out in public for people to see without the recorded part?  If that’s what you meant, then no, that’s not a good idea. Remember, the slides themselves don’t tell the whole story.  They are just highlights and bullet points and visual cues. Without you doing the recording and going thru the slides with your details and storytelling, there will be minimal impact from it.  The recorded piece is crucial!!  🙂

              Sorry, I can’t make it to Tuesday’s call as usual due to the weekly real estate meeting.

              I am trying to figure out what am I supposed to say when I went from Q1 directly to “let’s chat”.

              We have Swipe file -New Connections.pdf in lesson 3,

              6 Steps To Turning LinkedIn Contacts Into Clients.pdf in Lesson 4,

              Trojan-Horse-Call-Structure.pdf in Lesson 5.

              I have 1659 connections on LinkedIn up till this morning, asked 132+ Q1 (some I did not track the beginning), and 60 Q2-4 so far.  I think I was confused the booking call to sales scripts call until, one day, I was trying to find what to say in “let’s chat”, I asked myself, so when should I give clients the links for the questionnaires?   And than I asked myself what’s the purpose of building the booking call pages, questionnaires, webinars, if I have no place to implement them.   And than I start to realize that booking “call” and sales scrips “calls”, even though they are both “calls”, they are two different steps in the whole process. Maybe because I skipped the steps in between that leads to no success results. Can you give us a guideline what’s the steps from connect to close and when in the steps should we implement those 3 files?

                    I can tell Kent is probably as frustrated as I am and wandering why am I asking the same question over and over again while I am curious why he seems only get the first sentence of my question and not the rest of the post.  Well, at least some one later in the call gets my point and asked about the usage of Wufoo questionnaire and we got that potion solved.

                    What I want to ask is “what do we say when we get on the call with client once we get the chance to chat with the clients over the phone?”

                    Well, now I learn my lesson, next time if I can’t make it to the call, I will have to try my best to cut my question down into one sentence ;).

                    I don’t know what’s happened, but I don’t seem to be able to join in on the meetings.  I’ve downloaded ZOOM multiple times, tried joining from the browser, tried calling in on the phone and nothing.
