- That’s great! We should chat for a few minutes and see if there is a fit. Reply back with a few time windows that we can connect today or tomorrow.

Hi @paul-macdonald, this is a really great start to your Trojan Horse questions!
What we’ve found works with these questions and getting fast responses is making them less wordy, if possible. Below I’ve either reworded or provided suggestions for you to implement.
Q1 can and should be shorter. Based on the lesson, you want to build rapport. Ask them a general question (even if you know the answer). If you are curious about why we recommend this, watch the video “4 QUESTIONS” in the Transformational Business Strategy Module.
Q1: Great to connect, [NAME]! What’s your core business?
Q2, we find that asking a yes or no question has been very beneficial in receiving responses. ALSO, you’re asking TWO questions. That’s too many and people will likely be thinking “not your business”. We can alter your question by asking:
Q2: Perfect! Have you taken the necessary steps to prepare for your retirement?
OR
Q2: Perfect! When do you plan to retire? (This one may not get as many responses because it is personal. I would split test in the future)
Everything else looks fantastic! Good work – start sending out your Q1 🙂
BONUS QUESTIONS — you can also consider testing these out in the future for a more broad audience that may get better responses.
Q1: Great to connect ‘NAME’… what’s your core business?
Q2: Perfect! Do you live in [YOUR MARKET]?
Q3: Fantastic. How many years have you lived here?
That’s great! Let’s chat for a few minutes. I have a fairly big network that may benefit you.
Q4: What are a few time windows that you have tomorrow?
2pm works perfectQ5: What’s your mobile? Perfect I’ll call you at 2PM tomorrow.
