I seem to be having trouble getting my accountability to you.

Well, I will try again. I have been working on my Barker 20 but not every day. I have made some good calls to a couple of attorneys. Nice chats and a relationship starting with one in particular. I am going to drop off some information at his front desk about myself and how I can assist him. He did say many of his clients have their own real estate agents but you never know.

I have been faithfully introducing myself to people in my apartment complex every evening. I give them my brochure, my business card and a couple of good lenders business cards who are ready to help, especially first time home buyers. So far everyone has appreciated my willingness to help because the rents go up every year here.

I have been sitting opportunity floor time in my office twice a week. Not any action so far. I am going to sit an open house this Sunday or the next Sunday.

I am wrapping up my webinar. I had my daughter who does graphic design work spruce up the slides that were e-mailed to me. Now waiting to see what my next step is.

I am going to start filming at the animal rescue I volunteer at for Linkedin and Facebook. Going there now.
