        Having trouble with this audio – cannot hear with computer volume all the way up.  There is an option to download which I did but cannot find it now.

          Hi @patricia-lykins, I was able to hear it normally. I know you were experiencing some technical issues with your computer and microphone. Is there someone you can call to come and assist you?

          What kind of computer do you have?

          Have you been able to hear anything on your computer?? Like a YouTube video??

            I have a Dell desktop and can hear anything/everything else from the web, You Tube, etc., etc.
