I think you mean this is your profile summary, correct? Not your infomercial, I believe. I am just checking!
Cleanup: remove “in a nutshell” because it’s making that paragraph more than 20 words. Also, you will want a colon instead of ! On the sentence above it.
Remember that you are aiming at a single perfect client – EITHER a buyer OR a seller – not both. Make sure the whole document is written toward your perfect client. This is your perfect client on Linkedin, not your perfect client in your whole business.
WHO do I work with, not WHOM
I would take out “I know what you ARE thinking… Well, John” because that was not what I was thinking! Just start the sentence with “What if I don’t know the area…“
Change: This adds a less stress…
To: this means less stress… and take out the word approach as well – it’s not really an approach, it’s a result, and you want it to look like a result because it’s a great one!
You need a comma before “not his own bottom line”
Great call to action at the end!

Thanks for yoyur imput Halle. I will update my profile. I actually did submit it as my infomercial. But I now know more about what that should look like. I will submit a new version to Negeen for review.
