So sorry, @marie-neutz, we missed this in the timeline for some reason.
Great job taking Massive Imperfect Action!!
Notes:
Throughout, we want to focus more on RESULTS and less on HOW you do things.
Let’s change up your headline a bit: Instead of:
I’m An EXPERT Online Marketer & Realtor
try: EXPERT Realtor markets your property to perfection!
Instead of: “I deliver to YOU in-depth real estate services, In all of Lake andNorthern Cook County, IL
Try: Get your Lake and Northern Cook County, IL house (or property, whichever you choose, Marie) SOLD
Then change the sentence preceding to “10 words”
Suggest this paragraph be revised as follows:
I let you to focus on YOU INSTEAD of the crazy house selling process. I deliver qualified buyers directly to your door and give you prompt feedback throughout the transaction. I eliminate the STRESS of the question “Is my house is going to sell?” Unlike other Realtors, I WILL NOT list your home and act like I’ve forgotten about you.
So I KNOW you work with everybody, BUT consider that on LinkedIn, you may want to revise your profile to reflect the PERFECT CLIENT because you will be talking DIRECTLY to them. Right now, you’re talking to EVERYBODY: WHO DO I WORK WITH? Individuals, Families, Investors, First-time buyers, Retirees Empty Nesters. Military
Which means it’s still really general. For example, a family getting a bigger house needs different words than a retiree who will soon be downsizing. I suggest you revise your profile to talk only to the PERFECT CLIENT in your favorite niche, because while it’s unlikely someone will look up your LI profile online when they meet you in the grocery store, they WILL look you up when you have targeted them on LI – so it’s good to talk to them directly if possible. You may want to watch my video, Perfect Client in the Transformational Business Strategy module (bottom middle module on your MAIN DASHBOARD – turquoise with a bulls eye) video index is to the right of the video window, in alphabetical order.
Change this:
I know what you are thinking…
Well Marie, if I don’t know the area or live out of state, will you still work for me?
How about this answer?
ABSOLUTELY! That’s the beauty of working with me. I KNOW the area and have lived here for over 30 years! I take all the hard work typical with listing or searching properties and make it easy for you!
To:
Now, in case you are thinking…
Well, Marie, if I don’t know the area or live out of state, will you still work with me?
How about this answer?
ABSOLUTELY! That’s the beauty of working with me. I KNOW the area and have lived here for over 30 years! I take all the hard work typical with listing or searching properties [PICK ONE – don’t try to talk to the buyer AND the seller at once] and make it easy for you!
Change: This adds a “less STRESS, more time for you” approach to buying/selling properties.
To: This is a “less STRESS, more time for you” approach to buying/selling [PICK ONE] properties.
Switch the emphasis here: This is ME helping you gain COMPLETE control of your time during this process.
To: This is me helping YOU gain COMPLETE control of your time during this process.
Change this: and wants to help YOU not her own bottom line, delivering what YOU want, while keeping the stress end as seamless as possible,
To: and wants to help YOU, not her own bottom line, delivering what YOU want, while keeping the stress out of it and your experience as seamless as possible,
Great job throughout!! These tweaks will do it!
Also, please get with lindsey@coredm.com and ask her for a background banner. She will need: your name, phone number, logo, as well as a pic of a property if you’d like it included.
YAY, YOU!!!

Hi @marie-neutz, I commented on your other post. If you ever need feedback, just make one post to avoid any confusion 🙂
