        After a lot of help from Jennifer, I think I am pleased with my Hero Story. I have renamed it, included a call to action and would like to go on from here!

        Please review and let me know your comments. I have been working on this far too long, as you know.

          Jennifer I’m going to have @halle-eavelyn and @negeen-dargahi weigh in here they are more familiar with what works.

          My two cents is that you have written a story rather than shared your story. If you want me to feel connected to you I need to know more about your feelings rather than facts.

          Perhaps you can try recording an audio of you sharing the story as if you were talking to a friend, then transcribe it. I want you to go deeper.  Not really loving the title.

          Again see what others have to share. They are the experts here. 💚💚💚

            Jennifer, thank you for your response.  It is hard to put into words how all of that felt. I’ll go back and re-read some others.  I’m sure you are right on target, but I also want to hear from Halle and Negeen.

            Maybe I will eventually get this right.  Thanks again,

              @jen-davis – you threw the baby out with the bathwater.  I am fine with you talking about Bill W, but it isn’t anything other than a dog whistle to recovering alcoholics.  What Jennifer means in her notes, I think, is that you’ve told us the narrative here, without connecting your FEELINGS to it.  Just go back to the first version, the one I gave you notes on, and make those few changes! You ARE nearly there!!!  Keep GOING!!!

                    @jen-davis I’m missing you on the mindset calls.  Please don’t get discouraged and let it take you out of the program!!  Come on back – you know the drill – we go to the meetings to keep away the crazy the rest of the time.  We love you!!

                    Thanks, Halle – it has been a very bad week but a busy one~ I will be back on any calls possible next week, but I have watched the recordings.  I am counting on this to get my business moving. I have not had a closing in too long and it is discouraging, to say the least.  But I will put on my big girl pants and do it!

                        I have a 11:15 appt tomorrow with a past client, so I’ll have to watch the recording of the call. I hate to miss it – those calls help me a ton.
