        Tried to view videos in Hero Story and Trust Factor and they don’t work. Help!!!  Thanks.

          Hi @sandra-thigpen-2! They are working on my end. Can you please specify which lesson the video isn’t playing on?

          This will help me see if it’s on your end or the system in general.

          Have you tried opening up a new web browser? We find this helps.
