Hi @halle-eavelyn, @kent-littlejohn and @negeen-dargahi
After the recent Q&A call Halle and Kent was helping Cecy woth her 4 questions. Got me thinking about mine, since we are similar in that we are looking for capital investors to partner with in real estate.
My current 4 questions:
1. Thanks for connecting, what is your core business?
2. Fantastic! Are you currently investing in any areas, i.e. stocks, bonds, real estate, gold, bitcoin or any other investments ?
3. If I were able to show you some high return opportunities that are safe, provide consistent cash flow and no further effort on your part after set up, would you have any interest?
4. Perfect. I have a few minutes tomorrow at 2pm or 4pm, which of these work better for you to connect to see if we are a good fit to work together?
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Bre

Hi @bre-zientarski! These questions are on the right page but they just too wordy. You can get the same point across by shortening them.
Q1 needs to just get right to it. Adding in their name really helps grab their attention and customizes it.
Q1: Great to connect, [NAME]! What’s your core business?
For Q2, I’ve already tuned out because you’re providing too many options for them. Just keeping it as a ‘yes or no’ question will be great. OR you can add the list but keep it up to 3 options.
Q2: Fantastic! Are you currently investing in any areas, i.e. stocks, bonds, real estate?
OR
Q2: Fantastic! What do you like investing in?
For Q3, just shorten what you have – it looks good. Below I’ll provide other options:
3) Love that! I have a few some simple strategies that will help you get there faster…
Love it! I have a couple awesome strategies that are perfect for you! What are a couple of time windows you have available to chat?
Everything else looks great 🙂
If you have further question, bring these to the live call. Otherwise, test these out for 2 weeks and see how they do! Remember that people want to answer simple questions that don’t take up too much of their time.
Best of luck!
