        Why can’t I hear the recorded calls?  I can vaguely hear something is being said  ON YOUR SITE IT SHOW UP AND  ON MINE TOO BUT NOTHING FIXES IT.    None of the other calls have I BEEN ABLE TO GET EITHER.

          Hi, @gae-callaway! Are you still having this issue? This is working fine for me. Always allow the video a couple minutes to get started, sometimes at the beginning of the videos it may not have sound because no one is talking.
