          Hi @debra-shultz, it looks like what you provided in the media slot only took the JPG file of your video (an image of your video) rather than the actual video file.

          I was unable to view the video because there was only an image of the video.

          Please watch this video I made on how to correctly upload your infomercial. Click on the video tab to watch the video.

          LESSON 2 – Your 30 Second Infomercial

          Once you watch and retry, tag me so I can confirm you did this correctly.
