I find it almost impossible to locate an answer to questions I have. So much time is wasted searching, rewording the questions in hopes of getting a hit, and finally giving up. Does anyone else feel this way?

Also, waiting for the live call events to have a problem or question answered delays the progress members are trying to make. Again, another waist of our time.

Why doesn’t HECP have a chat window for members to use?

@joseph-mihalak I’m sorry you are getting frustrated. The forums can be confusing at first but once you learn how to navigate it you’ll see it’s not difficult to find what you’re looking for. Have you been through orientation? That call with @negeen-dargahi would clear up a lot of confusion.

Also tagging either myself or Negeen in your forum posts will notify us and we will be able to answer you sooner. Otherwise, we do not get notified and will only see your post when we’re looking for unanswered questions in the forums.

Let’s say you have a question about the 4 questions. First, you would click on the support forum tab, then you would scroll down the topics listed until you see “LinkedIn 4 question Review”. There you can scroll through the first few “pinned” posts and see all of the examples and questions people have asked. You can also look through other HECP client’s posts to see what they wrote and the feedback they got.

          Does that help?

I will give your idea a try. I’m not even sure this is the correct spot to post a reply.

Since I’m finished with Section 3 I assume I’ve been through the orientation

As an example of not being able to find a topic, I was looking for the one where I could post a question for the 12/13/2018 live call. I could not find this topic.

            What are ‘pinned’ posts?

              Hi @joseph-mihalak

When you click on ‘support forum’ on the left side, you will see a list of forum topics.

For you, you’d want to click on “Live Q&A Questions”  and then click on the post that has the date you are looking for.

A pinned post is a blue thumbtack pin icon to the left of a post at the very top. So, if you clicked on the forum “Live Q&A Questions” and looked at the very top posts, you would see a blue pinned thumbtack icon next to the important posts.

              Does this make sense?

Support Forums are being phased out. You can still view the existing Forum posts but can no longer post in them. For all Support needs, please email help@coredm.com or click the blue Question Mark icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen.
