        See the screen shot I’ve attached.

        When I click on any of the read links, the screen blinks and then I’m back on this page.

          @joseph-mihalak It’s “read” as in past tense. Sorry I know that can be confusing! You click that after you’ve looked at the thing you were tagged in and it will make the notification go away. To actually read the notification you need to click on where it says “Negeen mentioned you in a reply”
