        One of my weakness is my writing skill; therefore, I am asking for help.

        My name is Jaime Gomez. I am a problem-solver and realtor with over 20 years of experience. I typically due to my marketing tool I provide my clients more money on the sale of their home in two different ways. ( don’t know if I explain this two ways) 90% of my clients are repeat clients or my client’s friends or kids. My knowledge, expertise, and positive attitude will be working for you. Your trust will inspire me to reach your goal. With calm and wisdom, I will give you peace of mind, and that may lead you into a long-term relationship with me.
        I graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Political Science. I also studied accounting in my native country of Peru before moving to America. Being bi-lingual gives the opportunity to increase more significant the number of potential buyers. At the same time, it gives me strong negotiation power and ability to represent my clients the way they deserve. I’m passionate about helping people even if it goes beyond my scope of work based on trust and wisdom.

        I like to spend quality time with family and friends it is essential to me. I develop lasting relationships and friendships easily.

        Two different ways:
        First, I provide my clients tips on how to present their property before it goes into the market.
        Second, sometimes if my potential seller does not have time or money to update the property due to different circumstances loss job or illness or hardship in their marriage. By agreement, I provide some economic or physical help by taking responsibility to make improvements on the property to have more money in the sale of the house. I do not charge interest on my investment as long as I get payback when I sell the property from the seller’s proceeds. …I would like to have your feedback please.

          Hey, @jaime-gomez… A few things…

          @negeen-dargahi and @amanda-hendrickson review all the profiles.  So you will want to tag them going forward.

          Did you study the profile training before posting this? Because it’s really going to help you make the type of summary/title, etc. that will make your sellers pay attention when you follow all the direction of the material.  Please review the WHOLE training for the Profile, ok?

          Make sure you watch my BENEFITS MARKETING and BENEFITS MARKETING II videos in the Transformational Business Strategy module (bottom middle module on your MAIN DASHBOARD – turquoise with a bulls eye) video index is to the right of the video window, in alphabetical order.  They will really help!!
