Nice job taking massive imperfect action on your profile! Below is my feedback:
Profile Photo:
What you currently have is way too blurry. Can you please upload a new photo so we can clearly see your face? This will really help people connect with you.
I don’t like your background photo very much. It is too loud with all the text. It’s not very inviting. I’d also like you to email our graphic designer, Lindsey, and tell her a little about your field of business and she can create something better.
Headline:
This needs some work. How about filling out this template:

Summary:
There needs to be better information and better organization to lead them effortlessly through your sales letter.
I’d like you to COPY Kent’s profile and add in your own information to it.
