My business is new so i am still learning the ropes. It was very hard for me to come up with questions so i just copied and modified one. As you can see i need all the help i can get. Awaiting your advice (hopefully i didn’t post in the wrong forum 🙂
- Q1: Thank you for connecting, [NAME]! What’s your core business?
- Q2: Wonderful! Would you like to take advantage of an opportunity to diversify your portfolio?
- Q3: If I were able to show you how to take advantage of an Incredible Real Estate Market and buy 30-50% BELOW Market Value, would you have any interest? (The contact replies back with a YES)
- Q4: What are a few time windows that you have to connect tomorrow?
- Q5: What’s your mobile number?
- Fantastic… I will reach out to you [at the time booked here].
- Talk soon, and thanks again

Hi @kenesha-guerrier! You posted in the correct forum, I just made it a new post (which you can do by choosing a forum and scrolling to the very bottom to write in the text box).
Nice job taking action and not reinventing the wheel 😉
Also, what is your field of business? This will help me provide you adequate feedback.Â
Let’s make Q1 less wordy. Just use:
Q1: Great to connect, [NAME]! What’s your core business?
Let me know and I will continue with my feedback.

Thank you for the review Negeen,
My field of business is fixing and flipping homes or help buyers find valuable real estate deals that provides a 30 to 40% return on their investment in a short period of time.
Do i need to re-post my initial with the changes that you recommend?
Thank you again for your review

Hi @kenesha-guerrier, thank you for getting back to me!
Now that I have a better idea of who you are talking to, let’s revise your 4 questions to make them short, sweet and NOT qualifying.
Let’s start Q1 & Q2 as general questions + building rapport.
Q1: Great to connect ‘NAME’… what’s your core business?
Q2: Perfect! Do you live in [YOUR MARKET]?
Q3: Fantastic. How many years have you lived here?
That’s great! Let’s chat for a few minutes. I have a fairly big network that may benefit you.
Q4: What are a few time windows that you have tomorrow?
2pm works perfect
Q5: What’s your mobile?
Great. I’ll call you at 2pm.
Talk soon,
