First…… it took a long time and they had to work. Then they were afraid of making the wrong decision
Why were they afraid…Because they knew very little about the process
So right now you say that: There was fear, and we know that where there is no knowledge there is fear especially in making decisions , that fear creates STRESS
Stress and lots of it, and my friends also tell me about the paperwork that is required and they had no idea about how to access that required paperwork.
And then they talked about the fact that buying a home is a big investment , and making a mistake was out of the question…and then after all of the talk about definitely going it alone, they hired a realtor…….. Great decision……that decision did not cause any STRESS I am sure
