@linda-ronck, here’s your question: Also listened to the Realtor call and would like some help on determining what I need to do with my super powers how to use them to come up with a statement.
        1. Caring 2. Fun loving 3. Customer service oriented 4. Educated stay up on latest things so my clients can benefit from my knowledge. 5. Easy to talk to. 6. high energy 7. positive thinker 8. Important for others to feel good about themselves! Not sure if these are super powers any help is appreciated  @halle-eavelyn

And my answer: 8 doesn’t count, because it means you’re a people pleaser, and that actually works against you a bit – although my friend says she thinks that is an Olympic sport and she’s on the team, LOL!
Of the first 7, I think these: Caring, easy to talk to, customer-service oriented – are all the same thing.  Let’s call ALL customer service-oriented.  So that’s #1.  Then I really like 2. Positive thinker – because it implies you think outside the box AND that you have value to contribute and it’s all positive.  For 3. Let’s turn your #4 into: Early adopter.  Which means what you said.  You’ll educate yourself and adopt the new trends early, combined with customer service, ie. for your clients.

So none of these things exactly translate into a Help statement, which should be ” I help X do Y,”

So a few more questions!  Who is your Perfect Client/Avatar? A buyer or a seller? What will they be buying or selling (luxe, first-time, upsize or downsize)?

Try a sentence like: I help high-end sellers get top dollar by thinking outside the box and giving them amazing service.

        • so that 1) Qualifies your seller. 2) tells them what’s in it for them, 3) brings in 2 of your traits, and 4) speaking in emotionally resonant language that serves to draw your clients to you.

Now try yours! Hit reply and tag me!
