          Hi @marc-dupuis, you did SUCH a great job with your infomercial. Few tiny tweaks I’d like for you to make:

          I want to switch the order of your pain point questions so from the get go, people know what you’re talking about. Your first question was a bit vague.

          Changed To:

          Do you want to have all transactions be in emerging markets where you don’t have to deal with tenants, trash or toilets?”

          AND

          “Do you want to participate in transactions where you get ownership rights, which means access to ALL the potential benefits?

          [CONSIDER REWORDING THE 2nd question — it’s a bit complex and can be better simplified]

          Does this sound too good to be true?

          After you say:

          “It might sound like that, but after years of experience, I will tell you that

          people can have their cake and eat it, too — when it comes to Real Estate, at

          least.”

          ^ I would give a fun little smile after that line AND DONT FORGET TO INTRODUCE YOURSELF 🙂

                  ya I saw that video a while back, not sure there is much we can do with our videos at this point! we still live in our RV so won’t have a decent location till we move into our new house at the end of the month. so maybe we’ll use these ones for now and then we’ll redo them once we have a good backdrop.
