With Passaic Allocation underway the timing for meeting Tad Deshler, TBLS aquatic biologist and allocation expert from Seattle might be right. Tad will be in Newark on Thursday on September 27<sup>th</sup>
Tad and Jeff Andrilenas also of TBLS have conducted NRD valuations and allocations since 1999, winning EPA and AIG awards for settlement solutions and we’re generating strategic negotiating tools for PRP’s on current NRD cases around the country.
Tad has a couple openings on September 27. Let me know this afternoon if you would like one. Attached is CV.

@frances-schlosstein, I know the verbiage is not exact for you. but I TOTALLY agree with the positioning Anthony posted above. And the Alpha stance it takes. Can you revise this and use as much of the above language as possible? Then post in this thread and we will take another look.
