Really great job with your LinkedIn profile! Seriously this is a FANTASTIC start! There are only a few things to tweak.
PHOTOS:
Your profile photo looks GREAT! You do need a background photo though. Email our graphic designer Lindsey at lindsey@coredm.com and tell her a little bit about your field of business and she can create something for you.
SUMMARY:
You have some really great information here and I like the way it flows! The main thing to work on here is to try to take “I” out as much as possible (where it makes sense). That is really the only thing. Like I said, you’ve done a great job with your profile!

Hello Amanda, thank you for you suggestions!! I have a graphics person who makes my backgrounds. I had changed my PW on her, so she didn’t have access. Ha. I update my background every quarter. Do you recommend one consistent background? I made all the changes you suggested taking out all the “i’s”. I also changed the call to action. Please review. THANK YOU!!

Background photo looks GREAT by the way! You can update it every quarter if you like. The background photo does not have to be consistent.

THANK YOU for your help. Per the suggestion to remove the “i’s”, should I do that in all of my summaries? Under Experience, I added a paragraph about my service, and there are a lot of “i’s”. Do you recommend I clean that up to? Does removing the “I” and replacing it with “you will” empower people or bring the words out so they feel it is meant for them?

Good question! It is not necessary to change the “I’s” in the “Experience” section.
