        Why would you pick me to represent you?

        I know what to do. I have sold hundreds of homes. I teach new agents how to do real estate and am a coach and mentor to new and seasoned real estate agents. What this means to a seller or buyer is that I know this business and how to get it done faster, get you top dollar for your home, and eliminate the hassles. Real estate is more than opening doors. You need a qualified professional who will advise you, look out for your best interest, and resolve issues both known and unforeseen that may arise during the process. I am that qualified professional. I take the time to really understand your goals and what that means to you, your family and your life.           Nice start on your infomercial. It looks like this needs to be better organized, as far as content goes.
