          Hi – @halle-eavelyn & the mindset call started talking about this.  She suggested I post her.  I haven’t got her response yet.  I’m going to post my second chat next.  PS I will be on the call.

            Vincente. Rolon, LSSGB – Tom, What exactly are you meaning by networks and what benefits? Please explain before I decide to talk. Are you a job recruiter? I am not looking real-estate at this time

            Tom Rasmussen – “Great question Vincente”, I am not a recruiter. 🙂 Unlike some here on LinkedIn, I’m actually building valuable and useful relationships that benefit one another. I know that’s old school. (yikes!) So, Vincente… I can guarantee you aren’t just another notch on my LinkedIn connection numbers! Thanks for asking that question. Now I’m going to blow your mind and go really old school. Let’s jump on a quick call and chat for a few minutes. What do say?

            Vincente. Rolon, LSSGB – no just looking to get out of contract work. maybe remote or work within 20 to 30 mile area of home which is saint Charles. what exactly do you do

              I know that the purpose of the 4 questions is to get a live call and discuss whether you have a fit. My questions are:

              1. I am in real estate. Do I target individuals in centers of influence that are good for real estate? Ie divorce lawyers, Assisted living centers, etc
              2. When you get someone to call, how do you transition from their business to real estate? I don’t see the connection
              3. In the training you say you control the call. How do you do that when your 4 questions are designed around them, not your business?
              4. I am missing the boat on this part.

                    from the mindset call yesterday @halle-eavelyn mentioned a ‘Realtor eBook’  I have been unable to find this in the forums.  can you please point me in the correct direction

                     

                    Secondly, I echo Tom Rasmussen’s comment.  I too am a Realtor and am having difficulty reaching out to engineers (preferred client niche) and getting around to ‘do you want to sell your house?’

                     

                    Last question, from my study in the program so far … the point of the LinkedIn connection is to get them on the phone.  Great!  Now how do I move from ‘thanks for chatting, I see you’re an aerospace engineer’ to ‘may I market your home for sale?’
