Hello,
I may have posted this in the wrong place before since I haven’t received any acknowledgement from two days ago…
I’m restarting the program – see below…
I just submitted some ideas on my profile, showing the current one that I did through HECP earlier, plus other items. Would you please give me some feedback? Although it’s suggested that I not use retirees as my avatar, as a Realtor I am pursuing the Senior Real Estate niche and have made some inroads in that direction. Using LinkedIn I contacted people who work with seniors – lenders, home health, medical, senior communities, attorneys, movers/move managers, estate sales, etc. In June I received two Senior real estate designations that I feel help people realize my expertise. I’m just now reconnecting with the new HECP, as it was coming into being as I was finishing my webinar. Needless to say I need to redo everything from this point! So your feedback is very welcome!
My current LinkedIn profile is https://www.linkedin.com/in/su-swanne/
Thank you so much!

Hi @susan-swanne! No problem, I’ll provide templates for your profile below so just update the information as needed.
Background Cover Photo:
You need a better background photo. What you have now doesn’t relate to your field of business. I want you to email our graphic designer, tell her about your field of business and ask her to create a background photo for you, okay?
Headline:
What you have is good but let’s make it visually appealing. COPY AND PASTE what I redid below:
Ready To SELL Your Home For TOP Value WITHOUT Stress?☆EXPERT Real Estate Adviser Helping SENIORS In Tucson, AZ☆☞MSG Me!
Summary:
Few things I noticed first hand is you have questions but in random areas. It’s best to start off asking only 3 POWERFUL pain point questions and then getting into your points. You also have THICK paragraphs and THICK testimonials that no one is going to read. If you want to write a testimonial, make it 1 sentence long each.
Below is an outline to re-do your summary. Remember, Su, don’t make paragraphs chunky. Add space between points and look at the examples:

Summary:
(examples below)

https://www.linkedin.com/in/marcustexada/You don’t really have enough information and I’d like you to refer to those examples of what we want your profile to look like!
Outline of summary you can follow and fill in:
Your first 2 sentences of your summary are the MOST important. How about you list 3 questions your clients struggle with. What are their pain points? “Tired of _____” “Want _______ but CANT?” “Are you ______?”
THEN, after you list pain points, say HOW you can help them and WHAT exactly you do to help them achieve that.
2 sentences how are you different than your competitorsWho you like to work with
Then add a call to action with your contact info:
If you’re wanting _______ then give me a call TODAY at _______to see if we’re a good fit!
