          Hi @donna-bistrican, nice job taking action on your infomercial! You provided loads of good info!

          Few things:

          Are you helping clients SELL or BUY? Please specify in your infomercial. Only pick 1 to target:

          I am not a fan of your 3 pain point questions, I feel that saying “old fashioned” may work against you. How about something like:

          “Has your home been sitting on the market for longer than it NEEDS to be?”

          “Are you wanting a HARD WORKING and full service realtor by your side?”

          “Do you want QUALIFIED buyers looking at your property?”

          If you answered YES to all of those questions, I know EXACTLY how to help you!

          Hi, I’m __________ and I am a ________helping clients in [LOCATION].

          When YOU work with me, not only will you get ____________ , you will also be getting top notch ___________.

          Yes, you heard that right!

          (2-3 more sentences of what you’ve provided above)

          Good call to action!

                As a listing agent, it is also our job to bring a buyer. That is why that line is in the piece.

                Prospecting for buyers to bring to the listing is important to the seller.

                          Fill this out:

                            I’m going to challenge you, @kurt-axt.Ā  Look at the words in bold below, and strengthen themĀ  – make them more meaningful and more specific – tell your clients what’s in it for THEM!!

                            Example: helping clients – HOW? What will you do for them? Why you? Why should they care? Keep answering the question HOW and/or WHY and you will get to the bottom thing where you tell them the RESULTS.Ā  THAT’s what you want to put in your profile (and ALL the marketing materials you create for this program!)
