  I am going through Module 5 and the homework is to complete the client journey.
  
  We are asked to review the webinar training but that is locked until Module 5 is completed. How do we do the webinar training without finishing Module 5?

  Hi @pat-ford! You must complete the client journey and THEN you can begin on the webinar once you have an idea of your viewers “journey” when watching your future webinar. Does that make sense?? Do the best you can, let me know if you need further explanation!

  It does make sense to finish the module, but I did not understand why we are being asked about the webinar when we have not yet been exposed to that training.
  
  Will complete module 5 today.
