We just started this week. I am defining my client avatar and wanted your feedback if my vertical niche is “too specific”. Quick background: my husband & I just launched a Commercial Mortgage Financing business and I would like my focus to be “Hotel / Hotel Chain owners”. I have never worked with them, but I like the idea of working on bigger projects albeit it will take longer to close. Is this “too specific of a niche”?

My husband’s niche is small business owners. We have a lot of lending programs for this group.  His niche is broader compared to mine, so I am a little bit concerned. But I really want to be seen as a “hospitality lending expert”, unless you think I should expand that to “Commerical Real Estate owners”. Thanks!

My LinkedIn page does not look like Kent’s that was used (in very small unreadable print) in Anthony Simonie’s presentation yesterday. Can you send me a copy of a sample Linkedin page for the HEC Program that I can customize for myself?  Thanks.

Is there a format or type of file that an article with pictures has to be in in order to post on linkedin and facebook.  I can’t seem to get my articles with pictures or videos to look like most people’s that are posting?
