          Hi @glo-reber! A really nice job on your infomercial!

          I’d really like this to flow as if you’re having a conversation with someone. After you list your pain point questions, I’d like you to introduce yourself and what exactly you do. THEN, you can detail ways you will help them with their needs.

              Hi Negeen,

              I have created my infomercial, but it won’t let me send it.  It says it is  too big, and I am not sure how to re-size it so you can look at it?

              It is a bit grainy, so I wasn’t sure if I should find another venue to record it?

              I will send you my 4 questions shortly for potential purchasers.  In my profile, I am using the niche for purchasers, not sellers or properties.  I am struggling with who I should be reaching out to.  Should I change the profile to seek sellers instead?

              I have been contacting other realtors to establish a referral basis, so that is another aspect, but it doesn’t bring customers in immediately.

              The questions I have been using for realtors are:

              1.  What is your core business?
              2. That’s great!  What is your target audience in your area?
              3. How are you getting new clients?
                1.   Would it be of benefit to you to potentially work together on referrals?
              4. That’s great!  What are some available times that would work for you to chat for a few minutes?
                1.   What is your mobile?
              5. Perfect, I will call you at 2 PM.

                  Did you try uploading the file by clicking on ‘select file’ below this text box?
                  See if you can email it to me –> negeen@coredm.com

                  OR see if you can upload it to YouTube.com by making an account and clicking ‘upload’ – there should be an instructional video in the ‘infomercial’ module topic.

                  Please let me know! I don’t have a solution to minimizing file size but maybe @matt-barcus may know?

                  For your question on whether or not to target sellers or buyers… which one excites you more? Which do you have more knowledge in? Focus on that one.

                  4 Questions Feedback:

                  For your referral program idea, I personally do not recommend that as part of your 4 questions. Remember, you are not qualifying in 4 questions. What you should do is, when you’re on the phone with them and they are unable to work with you… THAT would be a great time to provide the referral option.

                  Below, I’ve provided a better 4 questions for you that Kent uses for all realtors:

                  Q1: Great to connect ‘NAME’… what’s your core business?

                  Q2: Perfect! Do you live in [YOUR MARKET]?

                  Q3: Fantastic. How many years have you lived here?

                  That’s great! Let’s chat for a few minutes. I have a fairly big network that may benefit you.

                  Q4: What are a few time windows that you have tomorrow?

                  2pm works perfect

                  Q5: What’s your mobile?

                  Great. I’ll call you at 2pm.

                  Talk soon,

                        Hi @glo-reber, I’m unable to see your infomercial.

                        Here’s how to properly upload it:

                        • go to your profile by clicking on ‘me’ at the top right hand side
                        • click on the pencil icon to the right of your name
                        • when the box pops up, scroll to the very bottom
                          • you should see “upload” “link”
                          • upload your video by clicking upload
                          • then click “add”
                          • then click “save”
                        • If you have a link to your video, simply add it and click save
