These 5 spots are very brief – 15-20 secs. I’d really love your feedback. The first in the series (“Certain Neighborhoods”) went out late yesterday (Wed Jun 6) to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google+, and Pinterest. 6 more to follow, as finances allow. The plan is to post them one per week.

@dale-swanson. These are FREAKING HILARIOUS!!! Every one made me LOL!!! Your deadpan delivery and humor are TERRIFIC!!
Only one suggestion: You need a person OTHER THAN YOU as the agent in the empty house. Like they are sitting there and then you ring the doorbell and poke your head in. THAT would be funny – the way it is now might make them associate the empty house with YOU and YOUR service, which you don’t want.
Really REALLY REALLY proud of you!!

Thank you, and thank you for the feedback and compliments. My point, supposedly, was that I would tell you the truth – both about the traffic at opens, and about why the house has been sitting on the market (and that if you’re interested, you should write an offer). However, I see your point. I’ve come up with another, very simple, idea for the insert shot – on both the open house, and the flyer box, spots – that don’t have me physically in the shot, and that I think might be even funnier – and sent those forward to the guy whose production house shot and cut the spots, asking how much it would cost to shoot, and cut in, the two new replacement shots (the 5 spots cost $500 each, as shown). We’ll see what he says.

Thank you, and thank for the compliment. These were shot, and cut, by a local commercial production house: Kaminsky Productions (Kamprod). The owner Ethan Kaminsky, is a local native whose mother is a longtime (30+ years) Real Estate Agent in my office. (She is very “old school”; she would never do anything like these). I chose Kamprod after I went to their website, and saw that he introduced each member of his staff and crew with a little clip of each one, getting one of those breakaway beer bottles smashed over their head. Very film school. 🙂
