        Look forward to all responses….

Question: As new to LinkedIn when starting this program I have been not only soaking up the fantastic coarse materials but identifying with LinkedIn platform. Am I correct in the understanding that LinkedIn is not only a great resource to connect with other professionals and build a report with others in your industry, moreover it LinkedIn is a fantastic program to locate business through lead generating tool using your own set of specific criteria with the capability to identify multiple targeted audiences?

The 4 questions are for the later lead generation based contacts and as having no contacts to start I have not had a chance to use them yet, however question I have is this: Am I able to identify groups through NAV PRO to locate contacts (potential buyers) from up north, out of state, who are wanting to purchase? How do you best suggest I do that?

        Thanks, Anthony

@v-anthony-loffredo, YES, you are correct that LinkedIn is a great resource for building business leads – that’s exactly what we teach you in the program. You CAN use LinkedIn to locate buyers in other markets wanting to relocate to you.  I would pursue a 2-prong approach here:

          1. Start connecting with others on LinkedIn.  Start by importing your contacts from your email program (LinkedIn makes this very easy – GOOGLE “import contacts from email to LinkedIn” if you can’t find it) and then LinkedIn will begin to make a LOT of suggestions for more connections – you can also use the TRAINING MATERIALS in Module 1 to start adding folks every day.  Look to add 17-23 new 1st connections a day, to whom you ask Q1 of the 4 Questions series).
          2. Use the Advanced LinkedIn training (modules 1 & 2) to learn how to effectively use groups to search and to add to your connections. Also begin to connect with Realtors in the area you want, and offer to partner with them for buyers relocating to your area. You can encourage them to send flyers, emails, or even host a live webinar to their mailing list for folks who may want to relocate.

You are welcome to bring this question to the live coaching calls on Tuesdays & Thursdays.  I’m sure @matt-barcus and @kent-littlejohn will have some more valuable suggestions.
