        Hi Negeen:

        I’m a Realtor targeting home owners.  I’m not exactly sure how to modify my 4 questions for clients who aren’t active on linked in. I’m thinking of FSBO’s and Expired Listing.

        Your feed back on the list of questions I’ve submitted is really appreciated.

          Hi, @mike-shafer – @negeen-dargahi is on vacation this week, just FYI.  Q1 should be YOUR core business, not YOU core business.  Q3 MAY be okay but only after Q2 is completely neutral, which it is not right now.  You are asking a leading sales question, and these people don’t know you yet.  A good way to think of this is, would I respond to a stranger asking me this question? If it seems too “in your face” from a stranger, you know to back off.  Please watch my 4 Questions video in the Transformational Business Strategy module – from your modules dashboard, scroll down to the bottom middle and click on the icon.  The videos are all in alphabetical order.  This should help you get a better handle on it!! Also, do a search on 4 Questions Realtors in the forums – there’s a TON of info from past clients.
