Using Advanced Search provides you the means to find that needle! You can target by keywords, industry, current company, location, company size… and on and on!

So what’s a Boolean Search? Well for those that aren’t familiar, Boolean searches rely on specific modifiers to help you find results more closely related to the types of profiles you need to find. You can build search strings in the Keywords, Title, Name and Company fields. The modifiers you can include are quotes, parenthesis, AND, OR and NOT.
I know, it sounds a little complicated, but once you get the hang of it, you will realize how powerful it can be in your targeting. So take a look at the Pdf which explains in detail how to apply it.
