WINS OF THE WEEK:

@laverne-denyer – I have been updating my marketing materials and revisiting the HECP training videos. I also have the preliminary draft of my book trailer for the LA book show which needs a very little editing. Grateful for repeat clients this past week. She also paid off a $10,000 debt!! WOoohooo!

@carol-high – has been working on a difficult situation which closed – she ended up getting a 5% commission! Woohoo!

@steven-maxwell – booked listings and had one under contract, has another closing for this month, and has started a new mentor group last Friday! He also has 3 new agents on board that he’s training for that! Lots of wins!

@tatyana-shivers – has closed on a new investment property last week! She also got 2 new listings from investors! She is going on a second appointment with a high-end client from LinkedIn!

@curtis-griffy – has completed his 4 questions and is taking action!! NICE!

@grace-chow – she is officially in the system! Woohooo!!! And she did her kickstart 🙂

@rachel-kendall – I love that I have a few moments of peace and quiet this morning before the family arrives back here at noon today!

@jon-paramore-2 – I was able to find some awesome content to share and booked one of my first calls for this Friday!

@halle-eavelyn – met a woman on Linkedin and introduced her to her group coaching programs! When she followed up, the woman agreed to join and sign up for a year!! WOW!

@matt-barcus – tomorrow there will be a special announcement and offer emailed out to our HECP members!!! WOohooooo!!! Client University is LAUNCHING soon!

@kent-littlejohn – on behalf of his wife, Beth, she got 2 listings last week, 8 buyers, 3 buyer contracts, and an $800K listing this week! WOOOOWWW – amazing!!!

@beverly-johnson – signed up this week! WELCOME 🙂
