WINS OF THE WEEK!!!
@peggy-roegiers – has been going to the gym and is taking care of her body!!
@kelly-bourque – after working with a client for 30 days to find the right piece of land, she was able to sell him home for $1.25. Such a great win!! 🙂
@carol-lunde – tomorrow she closes on the first property of the new year!! This is the start of her capping year! That is amazing!!!
@nii-parbey – he has been telling himself that he has ENOUGH and it has been motivating him!!
@nancy-filgate – got a lead a few days ago and she believes it will turn into something!!
@brenda-burk – she hit her $10M mark for the year! She received 3 new listings!! She has been showing a young couple and their family for 11 months, 49 properties, 20 offers, and got beat out…. last night they called to look at a house that evening. She went, showed the house, and got an offer accepted!!!

@destry-witt – he is in the senior housing business – he applied for a grant. Last Friday he was awarded $2M to remodel a building!! So exciting!!!
@leah-volkov – LinkedIn has been a great source for her connecting with her community! She has gotten 3 new referrals from different connections she has made this week!
