When someone makes an appointment for a consultation, we then ask them to fill out a survey – it is required. How long do you give someone to go back and fill out the survey before you cancel their appointment?

I see we have scheduled a Mid-term coaching call for next Monday. As long as you have completed all the lessons and work through the end of Module 4 we should be ready to go. If you have NOT completed the 4 in and up through Module 4, please cancel with at least 48 hours notice.
