Hi, I want to find groups to join on LinkedIn but I am having trouble trying to find groups.
Its actually two issues:
A technical issue of how to locate groups. (When I use the search bar I don’t really see groups appearing just people/companies.)
What groups to look for to join to find actual home owners interested in selling their home? I thought of searching in renovation projects but that only gave renovation business results. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Hi, my question is about phone conversations. I am connecting with people nicely and have many phone apointments already done and scheduled but based on conversations I already had, I am at a loss as to what I am trying to achieve with them. I get that I am trying to connect but what do I answer when people ask “WHY do you want to talk? What’s in it for you?” Especially is the person is a federal employee who is not planning to do anything in real estate.
And once I do talk to them and have a good rapport, am I supposed to keep in touch with them once in a while? what is the best way to do that?
I made a couple connections but the program seems to tailered towards connections with Sphere of Influence Businesses in hopes that we can refer business to each other.
However I’m looking to have conversations and connections with actual potential Sellers who want to put their home on the market.
may we have some discussion this morning around the RVM mentioned at the SUMMIT and more clarity on the ‘next step(s)’ regarding what may be expected by those that have registered?
