Great profile photo! Can you send it to our graphic designer, Lindsey, and have her add a white background for you? This will help it look even more professional and inviting.
I don’t like your background photo very much. It’s not very inviting. I’d also like you to email our graphic designer, Lindsey, and tell her a little about your field of business and she can create something better.

First, this company is a startup, with no track record. I cannot validate any claims that I make other than with the two current clients we have at our pilot project. I am uncomfortable making claims that I cannot substantiate.
Second, we haven’t even started the construction on the main project, my efforts currently are directed towards pre-leasing.
I don’t even have my investor deck finished, hopefully I’ll have it by Monday.

Hi @james-blakemore! I understand – in your sales letter, try to instead tell them how you can help them and why they should work with you.
For example, you’re attentive to detail and will keep them in the loop the entire way.
It’s okay if you may not have the credentials you’d like but continue to progress and add content. Try looking at my feedback above with new eyes 🙂
