HELP!!
I am still a little lost. I believe I have listened to all the RE four questions, except I need more help on LinkedIn. To be honest, I am not at all familiar how to use Linkedin or Face book. I have avoided them for awhile because I needed to hide from my step brother who threatened my life as well as my family, so I stopped and went into hiding. He is no longer on earth so I am good now.
Here are my questions:
1) Is there a video on how to search in Linkedin?
2) Do I write the Q1 when I ask to connect? Or do I wait till he/she accepts my invitation
3) Where should I post my questions?

Hi Negeen,
For testimonials would I need to have my client register on LinkedIn? If so, where should they go to post it please advise…
If they don’t take the initiative to register on LinkedIn, is there a way I could post their testimonials that was sent through email? I know this could be done somewhere on my LinkedIn profile except it’s very limited.

Hi @becky-santarina, yes that is correct. Whoever you’re needing a LinkedIn review from must have a LinkedIn account.
To have them make a recommendation:
- go to their LinkedIn profile
- click on “more”
- click on “request a recommendation”
If they are not a LinkedIn member, I would recommend writing a 1-3 sentence review and putting it just before your Call To Action on your LinkedIn About section.
Example:
WHAT HAPPY CLIENTS HAVE SAID:
“___________________” – John Doe
“____________”
“________________”
[call to action]

Hi Negeen,
I couldn’t find the section “request a recommendation” under “more”. Here is what I see on his profile:
- Shared profile in a message
- Save to PDF
- Message Matt
- Follow
- Report/Block
Was I in the wrong area? Please advise…
