@negeen-dargahi @kent-littlejohn @halle-eavelyn
I am a Real Estate Broker/Realtor looking to engage with home sellers … I’m very confused with how these questions identify the home seller and/or engage them???
Q1: Great to connect “name”; what’s your core business
Q2: Perfect! Do you live in the Clear Lake/Galveston Bay area?
Q3: Fantastic. How many years have you lived here?
Q4: That’s great! Let’s chat for a few minutes. I have a fairly big network that may benefit you; what are a few times you’re available tomorrow?
Q5: What’s your mobile?
I’m trying really hard not to overthink this too much, but having much difficulty 🙁
Please advise how to move forward and how am I to be using these questions? I have replayed lesson 2 & 3, but not finding an answer as to how and when to use these questions. Help Please

Hi @nancy-anderson! No problem, happy to help you gain clarity about this!!
In a nutshell, you’re just starting a dialogue to get them on the phone. You’re not qualifying them in these 4 questions.
Please do this:
Make sure you watch Halle’s video called: “4 QUESTIONS” in the Transformational Business Strategy module (bottom middle module on your MAIN DASHBOARD – turquoise with a bulls eye) video index is to the right of the video window, in alphabetical order.
^ she talks in great detail what the point is with the 4 questions.
ALSO, Fantastic work on your 4 questions!!
Ask your question 1 like:
Great to connect, [NAME]! What’s your core business?
Nice work 🙂

- (Name), quick questions … What’s your core business?
- Great, Who’s your target audience?
- Fantastic, sounds like we may be able to help each other. What are a few times tomorrow you have to chat?
- What’s your mobile?
Since enrollment in HECP
- 113 ‘new’ connections;
- 90 Q1;

I don’t know how to track how many ‘connection requests/invitations’ I’ve sent

Hi @nancy-anderson! Did you see my initial feedback?
I LOVED your first 4 questions draft you did!
I just wanted you to have Q1 be “Great to connect, [NAME]! What’s your core business” instead of having the awkward colon in the middle.
So your 4 questions would be:
Q1: Great to connect, [NAME]! What’s your core business?
Q2: Perfect! Do you live in the Clear Lake/Galveston Bay area?
Q3: Fantastic. How many years have you lived here?
Q4: That’s great! Let’s chat for a few minutes. I have a fairly big network that may benefit you. What are a few times you’re available tomorrow?
Q5: What’s your mobile?
Nancy, in the LinkedIn module, Matt walks you through how to download your connections from LinkedIn – from there you would manually have to indicate who you’ve reached out to. Unfortunately, there isn’t any other way to track that.
Keep sending out 20-50 Q1 a day and do this for 2 weeks to see how your questions are doing!
GREAT WORK, NANCY 🙂

Hey, @nancy-anderson – great job tracking your stats!! SOOOO important!!
It’s also REALLY important that you follow the 4 Qs exactly – we don’t know WHY the Trojan Horse questions work so well, but we know they do!
Here’s a link to the 4 Questions for Realtors: http://app.hecp.com/forums/topic/attention-realtors-want-4-questions/
I’d read that and start using those VERBATIM. Note the info at the bottom about the pushback and what to say if that happens.
Re. your stats. 3% from Q1 to conversation is ok – it might not be great, but it’s a start! I believe your conversions will go up if you follow these questions EXACTLY.
EXCELLENT Massive Imperfect Action!!! Keep it up!!
