        Living your best life is about limiting the stress and enjoying the things you want to do. No one thinks selling or buying a home fits that definition. But what if it could?

         

        The key is finding that person that will work for YOU not themselves. …that is exactly what I do.

         

        My focus is “Client Centered Real Estate Project Management” I follow this in every aspect of my job performance for you. I don’t consider myself a sales person but a project manager as it is my job as a fiduciary to protect and advise you in the largest investment you make – your home. This is both a personal and business related transaction and while a sale is the ultimate result You are the focus.

         

        In the sale of a home most agents list but I market.

        In the purchase of a home most people show but I guide

         

        I am always educating myself so that I can provide the best guidance and advice to my clients in all aspects of real estate. I use my design and construction background to your benefit and am a partner that is there beyond the sale or purchase.

          Hi there, @pam-porter! Don’t forget to introduce yourself after “that’s exactly what I do”.

          What you have is great! I would even consider asking 3 pain point questions in the beginning instead so that you are grabbing their attention from the start like this:

          Are you WANTING _________?
          Do you NEED __________?

          Want __________?

          (after you ask 3 questions)

          Did you answer YES to all of those questions? If so, the key is finding that person that will work for YOU not themselves. …that is exactly what I do for my clients.

          Hi, I’m _______ and I am a ____________ helping clients with _________.

          (2-5 sentences saying HOW exactly you plan to help / how you serve your clients)

          (you can add 1-2 more sentences about why they should work with you or maybe a motivating 1 liner to get them excited)

              Here are your next steps:

              Halle made a very helpful video on how to record your infomercial.

              It is called “VIDEO TIPS” in the Transformational Business Strategy Module.

              Here is also an example of what it should sound like. Of course, this is a high-quality version but yours does NOT have to be this
              high quality. Just look at the angle of the video and the lighting.
