WINS OF THE WEEK!!!

@alissa-mack – I updated my profile on LinkedIn and took massive imperfect action!!

@becky-santarina – I am studying to get my license but I am doing good by getting on the calls!! We are proud of you 🙂

@tatyana-shivers – I got a $1.1 MILLION listing!! I’m very excited and we are making good progress!!

@ed-harris – I am getting started in the Barker 20 and getting a lot of calls and callbacks! I finished the infomercial and getting ready to shoot it 🙂

@tama-murphy – last week we talked about 2 things, and one was saying things as if it’s already happened! We talked a little about residual bad energy – my two wins are literally 10 minutes prior to this call I finally closed a deal! A client who were clients from hell and were sucking the joy and energy from myself and another agent – that energy is now GONE!! Hello to a big commission check! Right before the new energy came, we bought an attractive offer on my million dollar lake property which will end when I am in 100% commission cap mode $8000 commission!!

@kathy-barnett – I’m turning regular customers into high-end clients, it seems like this program has helped me better serve clients! We aren’t talking $50 anymore, we are talking 50x that! I’m also turning contacts into 3 contacts – it seems like when I reach one person on LinkedIn, that helps me turn it into 3 or 4 contacts that are together! We are in the process of rebranding our name and business focus – we changed our monthly magazine issue as well!

@wynona-squires – I closed right before the 4th and at the closing, we were discussing 2 friends of hers and they are both on the market for a new home! I also got a new referral! I got a guy working with me to get a house ready to make a move to my condo on a beach!!

@susan-sue-pantages – i’ve been calling my clients and contacting them directly and I think i have at least one listing coming up from them!!

@james-easter – my win for the week is I have a client who was out of control and after trying to be reasonable, I went back the next day and we kept the listing. I got a text with a broker who I worked with in the past and I will hopefully show that to him before it goes live on the market!
