Dashboard Forums High End Client Program Automation Questions When to Cancel Appointments if they do NOT complete survey?

        When someone makes an appointment for a consultation, we then ask them to fill out a survey – it is required.  How long do you give someone to go back and fill out the survey before you cancel their appointment?

          Hi Ann, I’m not sure what survey you are referring to. The Accountability Journal?

          I see we have scheduled a Mid-term coaching call for next Monday. As long as you have completed all the lessons and work through the end of Module 4 we should be ready to go. If you have NOT completed the 4 in and up through Module 4, please cancel with at least 48 hours notice.
