Hi @deeellen-jennings, a really great start on your profile! Below is my feedback:

          Profile Photo: Looks great!!

You also need a better background photo.

I want you to email our graphic designer and tell her a little about your field of business and she can create something for you to use!

          Lindsey@coredm.com

          Headline (words under name):

This may just be me, but is the terminology you have in your current headline, like “Submit to Interview” something that a lot of people understand?? If its a 50/50 chance someone will know what you’re talking about, please remove it and make it LESS complex.

You can even fill out this outline to better deliver your message:

          Want _______ WITHOUT _______? ☆EXPERT _____ Helping Clients _____☆☞MSG Me!

          Summary:

So, what you currently have is okay. It’s not leading me through your sales letter. You also want to avoid having a call to action in the middle of your summary.

Please make sure you watch Halle’s video called: “BENEFITS MARKETING and BENEFITS MARKETING II videos in the Transformational Business Strategy module (bottom middle module on your MAIN DASHBOARD – turquoise with a bullseye) video index is to the right of the video window, in alphabetical order. This will help you with your sales letter.

Your first 2 sentences of your summary are the MOST important.

How about you ask 3 POWERFUL pain point questions your clients struggle with.

What are their pain points? “Tired of _____” “Want _______ but CANT?” “Are you ______?” THEN, after you list pain points, say HOW you can help them and WHAT exactly you do to help them achieve that.

Also, your paragraphs are a bit chunky and need better organization.

You can actually just COPY  Kent’s summary and just add your own info to it.

          https://www.linkedin.com/in/klittlejohn/

You want to provide information that is:

Telling your readers WHO you work with, HOW you help them and WHY they should work with you.

          Call To Action:

Looks great! Keep the contact info at the end.

Tag me in your revision 🙂

Hi, my updated LI profile is ready for review.

            https://www.linkedin.com/in/humanresources-finance-sales-staffing/

Kents summary section was a great template. I totally used it. 🙂

I emailed Lindsey for help with my background.

Very excited at the changes I’m making with your help.

            Thanks,

Hum, I’ve sent out about 110 message with the Q1 and so far people are asking for clarification of the question.

Maybe I need to restructure the questions to be clearer that I’m asking about staffing services?????

                        Q1 – What’s your core business for 2019?

Here are some of the responses?

Hi DeeEllen, not sure I understand. Would you please elaborate.

DeeEllen, I am not sure of your question  but… I manage strategic initiatives around talent acquisition for the second largest rental company in the US. Those tend to fall into tech, sourcing, and cross-functional areas (e.g., training & development.) We are on a fiscal year so we are working on our strategic project and budgets for 2020.  Look forward to networking. Cheers, Tim K

Hello DeeEllen, thank you for reaching out.  Could you clarify your question?

                          Hi @deeellen-jennings!

That is good engagement and very common. Remain alpha and take control of the conversation.

Halle can provide some good tips on this on one of the live calls.

You can give a short response in response to their comment and then proceed with your second question. Or even skip to Q3 and entice them with your services.

Just keep moving forward. I personally think you should take out 2019 – I believe it may be confusing people.

See how it does without the year added.

“Great to be connected [NAME]! What’s your core business?”

I know you may have been connected already with some or know them, but this could have changed, so see how that performs for you.

But feel free to bring this up on the live call if you’ve done the above and STILL aren’t getting responses.
