So, I don’t really have a “client journey” at this point (as noted in the attachment), so I used a variation of the hecp one. I presume once I get the webinar section going I will set this stuff up.
Right now it’s more of using LinkedIn or another resource to connect with a potential client (step 1), having a connecting call (step 2), and setting a follow-up call up or not depending on the interest/match (step 3), and then onboarding a new client or follow-up (step 4).
